Anti-inflammatory Ginger Turmeric Tea Recipe
In a cup of water, add 1 teaspoon of fresh grated turmeric and 1 teaspoon of ginger roots. If you use ground turmeric and ginger, use 1/3 teaspoon each. For better taste, you can add a bit of raw honey and a slice of lemon.
In order to increase the absorption of turmeric, add a little bit of oil in the tea, such as a teaspoon of coconut or flaxseed oil. Also, you can add a little bit of black pepper which contains piperine that improves the absorption of curcumin.
How to prepare it?
Allow the water to boil and then add fresh grated turmeric and ginger and simmer for about 10 minutes. If you use ground turmeric, boil for about 5 minutes. Strain the liquid and lemon and honey for taste. Finally, add coconut oil or black pepper to improve turmeric absorption.
You can consume 1 cup of the remedy whenever you feel pain.
